Proper enforcement of much harder stray animal rights and checks to end animal abuse in India

Inspite of laws, stray animals are badly treated, beaten, burned, tortured, raped and murdered purposely without any fault. They are being killed by the rash driving vehicles and on the railway tracks.

Incorporate cctv's everywhere in the country and the people to monitor them nearby so that crime can be stopped to rather than  let it occur first and then investigating. More of animal welfare groups and veternary doctors in every city and village who can be contacted. Build of No-kill animal shelters where the strays can be kept and taken care of with food, water and clothes. Proper enforcement of all vaccinations and sterilisation program for all strays

Make changes and much harder laws for the public, for the railway and vehicle drivers and punshiment for the culprits. Education camps for the rural and urban people to tell them it is wrong to hurt the stray animals. Advertisements regarding animal rights in televisions and local newspapers so that people can aware of.
