Donald Trump's exhausting, interminable flight from consequences may finally, finally be coming to an end. A special grand jury convened by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has concluded its investigation into Donald Trump's efforts to interfere in the 2020 election, and Willis is currently deliberating on whether or not to announce charges against him.
Trump infamously called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and ordered him to "find him" the votes necessary for Trump to win Georgia. On top of that, he and his cronies have waged a misinformation campaign promoting baseless allegations of voter fraud, threatened and harassed election workers, and his minions even attempted to access voting machines. It's obvious he's guilty.

To this day, Trump continues to falsely claim the election was stolen and has specifically demonized Black election worker Ruby Freeman, turning her life upside down as she is inundated with threats from crazed MAGA fanatics.
The utter lack of any meaningful consequence to his horrendous actions, which not only include delegitimizing our elections but also the incitement of an insurrection to overthrow the government, means that it is critical to the health of our democracy that Trump be charged for his crimes.
