CAN'T SUBMIT NEWS ON CARE2

Using the Firefox Browser. Checking again last night and this AM I am still unable to submit News. When I hit the subit a story on the yellow button here ---> http://www.care2.com/news/  it is taking me to a search page saying Page not found Yahoo! Error Handler
