I would like for Pennsylvania to repel there desicion on life Imprisonment

There's is just far too many of our love ones lock away in PA DOC with life sentence. Pennsylvania is one of a few States that still give lots of first time offenders life in prison and inmates with health n mental issues it cause the State so much more to house then AMD those some are the reasons I support House bill 35
