Contact yout Rep. in Raleigh and demand that the Energy Modernization be repealed . The senate wants to spend $1,100,000 of our tax dollars on shale-gas exploration.Gas companies could qualify as Public Utilitys to have access to "Eminent Domain", forcing people to allow gas exploration on their private property.SAY NO TO FRACKING IN YADKIN COUNTY.  This is a "loaded deck". Do you trust a billion-dollar-a-year energy company to do an accurate Evironmental Impact Study ? (Gov. Pat McCrory's administration is owned by Duke Energy).
