Bring a Target store to Santa Monica!

There is no Target store in Santa Monica, California. There are plenty of high-end stores in the city that attract customers from everywhere, but when residents of Santa Monica want the kind of affordable, stylish and practical goods available at Target, they have to go elsewhere. There is no reason why we can't have a Target store in our city. With the right kind of designs, it can be done. Having to leave Santa Monica to shop at a Target store is also harder on the environment because potential customers have to drive further, which causes more damage to the air and the environment. We deserve a Target store in Santa Monica! Please sign my petition! Thank you.
