Lack of good Building management

I've lived here in this Apartment for 2 years now and management has failed to make timely repairs, failure to have good pest control, bad communications or none. promises not met. We just had 4 days of a power shutdown and 4 days without a working heater. I have been bitten and my guest by bed bugs nothing done about it. Elevators are constantly not working and last year both were broken for 4 days. Solution is for Management to make the repairs or get new personal that will do a better job
