Answers for Esther

on the 6th march 2018, my nan died, due to no after care after an operation at a hospital in Galway, Ireland. i want answers for my nan as she got an infection due to poor doctors not giving her the correct treatment following the operation. Now that she cannot fight, i need to fight for her.
