I want my nephew jamacio washington to be let out of any jails or housing. When he was locked up at mileacs academy the staff there virbaly and physically abused him. So bad that one of the female staff members caused him to have to get stitches in his head. He than was transfered to the Hennepin County Jail where he told us he feels a lot safer in the jail then he did in the halfway house ( mileacs academy). And now for no reason at all they want to move him to the south Dakota juvenile jail. He dose not have any family there at all. His mother has been fighting this for 2 years. He has been falsely in prisoned, he was falsely accused of doing sexual things to a family member which has been proven over and over that it was all just a big lie and to this day he is still locked up for no apparent reason they have absolutely no evidence on him for anything because he never did anything it was all set up by the little girls mom and her evil friend. So please help us by signing this petition so that hopefully he can come back home to his mom and brothers and sisters , And family. It seems like the only reason he is still locked up is because he is black. And with all these white men being let go with video proof and all the evidence in the world. We Believe jamacio washingtin should not be locked up especially since there is no evidence, and even the girls have told the courts that they were made to say what they said and everything was a lie.
