Demand the stoppage of demolitioning the brick railings and replacing with aluminum railings

No notice was giving to the selection of contractor
No notice was given to the financial selection of payment
No vote was taken as to what type of railings we wanted.
No notice of any meetings where they issues were decided.
Want all contracts to cease and desist and delayed until these items are selected democratically
