Justice for Survivors and Slavery Prevention

When I was a child of just 10 and 12 years old, I faced two terrifying attacks by pedophiles. Fortunately, I managed to outsmart them and escape to safety, locking the doors just in time to avoid an even more horrific fate. In March 2022 there was and still is a war in my country, and I prepared knives to end my own life in case many gangsters will manage to reach and attack and invade my city and storm into my apartment as well to torture, rob an drape. I refused to be a victim preferring death than such torture, but I was lucky since army of my country did not allow the goons that call themselves "Second Army in the World" to attack my city. Nobody deserves such fate, none should prepare for suicide as only way to avoid being tortured.  However, even Ukrainian judges gave ridiculous sentences to caught and imprisoned abusers like 12 year old sentences for torture physically and rape attempts and assault , 12 years for ruining lives! IT is crucial to contact judges, lawmakers and THe President. police and military authorities to grant physical castration and severe corporal punishments and forced communal unpaid labour for such war criminals.

But not everyone is as lucky as I was, and many fall victim to heinous acts of violence and abuse. For example. convicted Russian paedophile Vladimir Alekseev was released and given plea deal from prison and went to war with my country making more children orphans and raping them, and when he was granted vocation he lured and raped 11 year old girl Anastasia Jakina from Lower Tagil and murdered her to prevent form being reported to the police and courts. Therefore. stronger steps as physical castration should be taken by law enforcerers and lawmakers, there fore. it is crucial to encourage all governments, judges, police chiefs and officials, including those in Russian Federation, my country Ukraine, all countires in Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East, Arab World, as well as Australia, the USA, Canada to put safety of children and adults above other considerations and create and impelment laws about physical castrations for rapes and apttempted rapes. Attempts to rape once unsuccessful can be carried out when the circumstances will be more favourable for perpetrators, plus the pTSD disorder and fatigue and constipation such for of mental cruelty causes is also very injurious for health. 

Furthermore, laws about compulsory communal work in hospital for rape and assault, human trafficking and torture victims should be accepted to isolate and reeducate people who framed and slandered about false cases of torture and abuse. As a result, such sanctions will give those false accusers opportunities to witness sufferings of real victims and put pressure to care for true victims and survivors.

Additionally, the careful investigations with involvement of skilled psychiatrists to differentiate signs of telling the truth and lying, true anger and devastation, true fear and pretending should be involved, to define who deceived and who was honest. Moreover, it is necessary to unvolve several poligraphs and detectors of lies . especially in cases when narcissist can cunningly deceive one detector of lie or poligraph. Furthermore, it is necessary to involve psychologists who will create and organize test s in considerate and compassionate ways to abused children that will help to comprehend who commited crimes and violated them and who were innocent. As a mother, my heart is broken. My daughter zoë was physically assaulted at school today by another student after she asked politely in gym class if she could play with them . one of the male student chased her down & violently pulled her entire braid from her scalp after being told to do so by a female student .
After she reported the incident to not one but two teachers no proper action was taken, and she was placed on the bus without the situation being even being addressed, not even a call home.

All of the girls, who are aged between 12–17, come from disadvantaged families in the northern mountains of Vietnam. They applied for jobs online in the hope of lifting their families out of poverty, but it was a trick.
The people behind the job offers sold the girls to different karaoke bars across the country. Forced to do sex work under threat of torture and kept under constant surveillance, the they had little chance of escape.
One of the girls had spent a year in slavery by the time the group managed to find a phone and reach out for help. Together with the police, we mounted a rescue operation to bring them home.
In the final week of January, Blue Dragon rescued 18 teenagers from slavery across Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam, which you can read more about via the link in the comments.

Xuyen and her daughter are rising above their shared trauma and thriving with Blue Dragon beside them.
When Xuyen was 16, she was trafficked out of Vietnam and sold into a forced “marriage.” After nine years, she bravely escaped and made her way home by herself in 2016.
But Xuyen and Ly, her young daughter who she gave birth to while trapped in the forced marriage, had nothing to come back to – no home, no possessions and no money to start over.
Xuyen was able to build a small house when her grandmother gave her a piece of land, but there was little she could do to give Ly a better life.
“I was trafficked when I was so young,” she shares. “Now I’m back, all I wish is for my child to live and study like other children.”
When Blue Dragon learned about Xuyen’s situation last year, her family’s life began to change. We provided them with all-round support, including food, daily necessities and psychological counselling before getting Ly into school.
Now a decade since Xuyen made it home, Ly has grown into a teenager. She loves studying, and recently asked if she could join an extra class run by Blue Dragon. In this weekly session, teens can learn how to protect themselves against human trafficking while gaining social and leadership skills.
“I really enjoy listening to the talks at school,” shares Ly. “When I heard the teachers talk about the club, I wanted so much to join!”

When Duong was 13, she dropped out of school to help her struggling family make ends meet. She passed the application for a job in Ho Chi Minh City and travelled there hoping she could turn her family’s life around.
It was a trick. The people behind the offer trafficked Duong into Cambodia and sold her to a criminal gang. Her captors locked her in a huge compound and made her scam people online. At the same time, they forced her to work in a brothel attached to the compound.
The compound where Duong was enslaved is an extremely violent place. Every day, people are beaten, tortured and starved for refusing to work, failing to meet unrealistic daily targets and trying to escape.
Despite this, Duong bravely made a run for it. As she escaped, she managed to find a phone and reach out for help. Blue Dragon then brought her back to Vietnam and reunited her with her family.
Over the past week, Blue Dragon has rescued five children all under 16, including Duong, from slavery.
Whatever these brave children and their families need to reclaim their lives and thrive, they have the support of the global Blue Dragon community" And imagine. it is only the tip of an iceberg, there are many cases like this Therefore,Furthermore, people who force someone to be their spouse like it happens with trafficked and deceived women and even 12-13 year old girls from Vietnam in China when they are promised to have "steady jobs" and are put into forced matrimony and kept there and forced into labour and raped by so called "husbands" and sometimes by "In laws " too, and all of such culprits should be also castrated and imprisoned for life time. as well as traffickers, so that they will loose chances to recruit and lure further victims, and unwanted spouses and forceful in laws loose chances to exploit new victims.It is necessary to appeal to Vietnamese, Chinese lawmakers, courts and police authorities to make an implement laws about life sentences . physical castrations and corporal punishments for such abusers and slave owners. Around the world, cases of physical and mental torture, human trafficking, including forced labor, forced scamming, forced prostitution, rapes, and attempted rape, severe narcissistic and emotional abuse, and school violence are alarmingly prevalent. These traumatic experiences lead to devastating consequences: from physical injuries to psychological harm such as suicidal thoughts, attempts, self-harming behaviors, fatigue, constipation and stomach issues, and long-term PTSD disorders.

Statistics reveal that human trafficking alone affects approximately 24.9 million victims globally, according to the International Labour Organization (ILO). In addition to human trafficking, the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) reports that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime. Moreover, according to a survey by the National Crime Prevention Council, school violence has taken a troubling rise, with significant physical, emotional, and psychological injuries impacting the future of our young generation.

Additionally, the infamous tragic torture of 9 year old Renesmy Etsy by her foster family and other similar tragedies could be avoided, and it is necessary to contact governments and police forced to make laws and organize special secret units for investigating with psychologists , detectors of lies, test and poligraphs. foster systems. adoptive families, orphanages,  boarding schools and mental facilities.7.
