Peace is more than anti-war and anti-violence; it is also a method of relating to others and interaction with the world.
Resolve to bring Peace into the World whenever the opportunity presents itself. Among the possibilities are:
Signing petitions to stop wars
Signing petitions to resolve conflicts nonviolently
Signing petitions to reduce the risks of violence
Starting petitions to stop wars, resolve conflicts nonviolently and/or to initiate changes that reduce the risks of violence (e.g., gun controls).
Speaking up when someone else suggests violence is a solution.
Seeking collaborative approaches instead of adversarial approaches in problem resolution.
Finding ways to control one's own anger instead of unleashing it on someone else.
Approaching each day with an intent to behave kindly towards others--may include random acts of kindness.
