To Prosecute and Charge Kirem West for the murder of William

William "Stink" White was attacked and beaten by Kirem West and others on September 17th,2012. He passed away from injuries caused by Kirem West on September 21st,2012. As of today,West has only been charged with assault. Stink's family and friends would like the Bronx DA to charge Kirem West with murder. Please help get justice for Stink. This is not Justice! Mr. West and his family knock him to the ground, STUMP and beat him as he lay on the ground and he later died from these injures.  Mr.  D.A. IS THIS THE EXAMPLE THAT YOU ARE SENDING OUT TO BRONX, NEW YORK STREET, BEAT SOMEONE TO DEATH AND YOU CAN WALK FREE. Stink has small children who cry for him every day.  Our family wants Justice for him and for his children.
