Employees should have the right to complain about any and all abuses that they experience or witness in their workplaces without having to fear any retaliation/targeting by their employer such as harassment, demotion or unjust dismissal etc. At present only some government employees-and only at some levels of government-have anything even close to real protection from vengeful retaliation by their employers. Freedom of speech has to extend to an employee's right to criticise and complain about any and all violations/mistreatment that employees experience or witness being perpetrated by their employers against them or their fellow employees.
