Tell the town of Coeburn to stop polluting the water supply and fix their equipment!

The Town of Coeburn has engaged in frivoulous spending for years but at the same time they refuse to clean up the sewage treatment plant located in the Flatwoods area of Coeburn, Virginia.  This plant is no longer pumping correctly causing feces, urine, drugs, toxic chemicals, bacteria, and other harmful substances to overflow into nearby creeks, rivers, and the water supply.  This is polluting the water for Coeburn and neighboring communities.  The town claims there is no money in the budget for repairs.
