VA Pension for Survivors

In this ecomonic hardship time whereas families are living together with no income, those that receive a VA Pension should not terminated.  The rules that applied back in 1963 should now be revised to accommodate this economic times.  Let people collect their benefits without all the income stipulations.  The benefits requirement need to be revised to fit these hardship ecomonic times.
