Investigate Cruelty to Animals And Take Action

The idea that a heavily pregnant cat could be abandoned in a plastic bin BAG and left to sufficate as she went into labor is so heartless, so unbelievable cruelty as to be unimaginable. This MUST be investigated and the persons responsible for this brought to justice. PLEASE take action to prevent this from happening again.
