DEMAND FOR THE END TO HIGH ENERGY BILLLS

It is imperative that CPS Energy stop "Smart Meter" installation and give the residents the "RIGHT" to OPT-OUT of their mandatory program. We in the "DANA" Dellview Community have experienced very high bills once the meters were installed.
Some of us want the OPTION to have the meters removed (at no cost to the Owner)
as we were not given this option.
