Decent pay for bupa care workers

Take bupa is a non profit organisation and

so where does the money actually   go , certainly not to their care workers who are only paid £6.41 ph ( McDonald's staff earn more!) and work 12 hour days with no discernible shift patterns  ie they work when they're told to work so mr Cameron would you do this work for this pay, people please sign give care workers a decent living wage
