Demand Activision release Call of Duty 4 remastered separate from Infinite!

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is a title that reinvigorated the first person shooter genre. It's impact transcends FPS, and has affected all of gaming. Since its 2007 release many games have borrowed from the trailblazing features of CoD4.

Many of us grew up with this game, and while we've aged and evolved as people, the title has remained the same - an untouched gem. While it may be largely depopulated, if you're lucky to catch a full lobby: it's still a breathtaking experience, unique only to modern warfare.

The whole reason behind the remaster it to provide FAN SERVICE, to us fans who have been here since day one, who have witnessed the trials and triumphs of this series.

This petition is a referendum. We implore Activision to release Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered as in INDEPENDENT release, separate from Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It's the least Activision can do to respect the wishes if their true fans who wish to relive the essence of CoD4 without being shackled to Infinite, a title which many fans disapprove of, as the direction the series is heading.
