The Springs Association Unfair Practice Petition

The Springs Comunity Homeowners Association and it's attorney's Katzman, Garfinkle and Berger have been using the  the rules and regulations and State Law to blackmail homeowners into paying exhorbitant attorney fees that are consistanly far greater ther the amount of money originally owed for back due fees.

We the people of the Sprigs Community hereby protest such blatant parctices and demand such activities cease and those homeowners who have been subject to this be returned or forgiven all attorney fees and due colleted in such manner.
