1. State facts showing grounds that Respondent was to move to Chambersburg, Pennsylvania once
we were married because Petitioner is Pastor of Church and Petitioner was made to believe that
this was to take place by December 2011. To date Respondent still lives at 751 Kenyon St NW
Washington, DC. Has made no attempt to move to PA and will not be moving. This marriage
would not have taken place under this false promise, because Respondent cannot walk with
Petitioner in my Christian Faith and has mental issues which restricts Respondent from fore
filling his duties as husband and was based on deceit and Alcoholism.
2. Since Petitioner discover that the Respondent had no intention of moving to PA as promised and
we have been living apart since the marriage and the Petitioner has not cohabited with
Respondent as husband and wife. This union was based on deceit, false promises and
alcoholism. Respondent had no intention of being with me or moving to Pennsylvania.
