Get rid of the roaches and use a different exterminator

there have been many complaints made about roaches where we live for eight years and although code enforcement has came out the owners continue to not take the drastic measures of hiring an exterminator who  has made any diffrence our living conditions. they use a retired exterminator that they have known for year
