I have a nephew who is 6 with autism. Both of his parents work low paying jobs. My nephew has physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and aftercare on a weekly basis.  He also has ADHD and has to see his primary care physician on a regular basis, this medication cost roughly 600. My nephew has been denied social security disability benefits very early on bec. his parents are said to make too much money.Lately my brother has taken a second job which, also pays minimum wage. So, as a result of that my nephew has been stripped of his medicaid. My brother and his wife were then forced to look for an independent medical ins. company. They got in touch with Blue Cross & Blue Shield and were denied bec. my nephew has a pre-existing condition and will require ongoing therapy as well as doctor and hospital visits. My brother and his wife only make a couple of hundred more a month than they should to qualify. The state of Louisiana is basing there income on before taxes which, is not logical. My brother is at his wits end and is extremely worried his son will not receive the proper care he needs to have a better future. Please sign this petition and tell the government and the state of Louisiana, don't strip this child of the proper healthcare he needs,as well as his social security benefits to care for his needs. Thank You
