Get Metro to wear Cacki shorts to DC

In June, the temperature could be in the 90's. Most 8th and 9th graders will be in Washington DC. Now, we will have to wear pants, since we have to do that it will be hotter and we will have heat problems. We don't want that to happen, let's be able to wear shorts!
