REQUIRE ALL AMERICAN ZOOS TO POSSESS TRANQUILIZER DARTS FOR CONTROLLING ANIMALS WHO MAY BE A THREAT TO HUMANS!!

We the undersigned believe all zoos should have and use tranquilizer darts whenever necessary to control animals who may be a threat to humans because: "within animal rights lies the future of human rights...and there is no turning back..."
