Soton CC to revoke the music licence from Dhalia Restaurant

Shirley is a residential area with flats above shops and roads surrounding Shirley High Street & Shirley Road. The Dhalia Restaurant acts like a night club and in the past year we are constantly asking them to turn their music down. 4am every New Year's Eve & midnight to 2am most Saturdays. This must be stopped. Environmental Health don't seem to want to take things further.
