STOP EXPOSURE AND SPREAD OF EBOLA INTO THE UNITED STATES

To start a petition, to urge the U.S. Congress, and the President, to pass guide lines, to place a stop or moratorium, on visas issued, to those wanting to fly out of West Africa, to the United States, from countries there which are affected with Ebola.
