This is a moral and unethical shame! Why would our society allow such a law to be established. I have a wife and a daughter, now would I want a man walking in on them in a public restroom? The answer is No! The Mayor of Houston is not thinking of the "good for society" as a whole. This is of a bad nature, it's wrong, and wicked last but not least it "Morally and Ethically Evil!"
