Inhumane conditions

Young men and women not a tenant are frequenting the building , using the garbage area as their personal toilet, having open flames in the apartment grounds, fighting, leaving trash all over the grounds, loud music, homeless people sleeping in the styair well, loud profanities all night long and terrorizing tenants.
