Abolish the National Firearms Act in the USA

The American second amendment of our constitution states, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. The National Firearms Act directly prohibits people from purchasing specific types of firearms. It also prevents minors and those convicted of minor offenses from both purchasing and owning firearms. This law is in direct violation of these second amendment rights, and I believe should be abolished.
