Make AEDs More Accesible to America

In current day America if somebody has a Heart Attack in public many people will try to help and fail. There will also be people to afraid to help. Finally there are times you cant help. This is for one reason. AED inaccesibility. AEDs are devices made to shock a person heart back into rhythm. These cna be found in many pulic places, but the real things making them inaccesible is the fact that nobody knows how to use them. My petition is to Make more AEDs available in public places like libraries but also to make knowledge on how to use them more accessible.
