Have Background And Psychological Checks On All Gun Permits Every Three Months To END GUN VIOLENCE

On average, 36,383 deaths per year, over 100,000 injuries per year, 100 deaths per day, and 12,830 homicides per year occur from firearms in the US. This is a tremendous and deadly problem that our country has been facing for centuries. Unfortunately we cannot restrict guns due to the second amendment, but we can reduce the number of deaths and injuries significantly using my solution, which is having background and psychological tests to all gun permit owners once every three months. This will work because most shooters have some sort of mental illness, or their background has changed since they got their gun permit.
