DEMAND THE TANKS AND AMMO BACK FROM F.E.M.A AND THE D.H.S!

As you may know F.E.M.A is the Federal Emergancy Management Agency (they are supposed to provide aid to areas hit by disaster) and the D.H.S is the Department of Homeland Security (they are a DOMESTIC law enforcement agency resposible for airport security and immigration among other things). Both have recently been purchasing thousands of tanks and billions of rounds of ammunition (hollow point bullets among them), why? These agency have no business being armed in the same way as the military, DEMAND THEM BACK AND END THE AMMO SHORTAGE!!!!
