Demand a Change to Harsh Dress Code Punishments, Now!

I believe that dress codes in public schools have become too harsh and have incredibly harsh punishments to combat violations. My goal is to get a change to the dress code punishments where violators would receive a written referral to be sent home to the parents and signed as supposed to being dragged out of class and missing valuable educational learning that is prevalent to his/her development.After receiving a certain about of "tickets" he/she would have to be subjected to a certain amount of time to after school detention.
As a past student of Chesterfield County Public Schools and a current student in college, it is important to me that this must be changed to offer a solution to missing too much educational learning.
