That Common Stock may only be owned directly by individual United States Citizens in certificate form. This eliminates the manipulation in the system whereby the profits and capital gains do not reach the public.

To end manipulation in the Financial System caused by pooling of common stock and the use of it as collateral for short sale manipulation.

Because it will redistribute wealth!
