Demand Right to say goodbye!

The welfare is expecting families ones to not say goodbye to their loved ones after they pass. They only wish to pay for cremation. I believe we should be allowed a viewing at least. Many family members travel to say goodbye and wouldn't get the chance too because they are poor. We should have the same rights as the ones who can afford to pay.
