Crack Down on Moscow's Dog Poisoning Trend!

Moscow residents are afraid to walk their pets in public parks after dog-killing "hobbyists" have reportedly slain up to 70 dogs over the past week. Among the victims was a 5-year-old corgi named Yasha who suffered a seizure and died after eating something suspected to be a poison-laced treat left in a Moscow park. Another dog owner noticed pieces of ham suspiciously scattered around a park on Thursday, September 20.
