Put a stop to Tommy Sotomayor's hate-speech or ban him from the internet!

Tommy Sotomayor (real name Thomas Jerome Harris of Lawrenceville, GA) is spreading hate on the internet like a wildfire that is completely out of control. He is a very popular YouTube personality who claims to be helping the Black Community, by bashing black women. He says the most disgusting and hateful things about black women. His videos are filled with profanity and insults. They condone violence and incite hatred. He has said that we need a "cleansing", he has said that the Black Community needs to start a new civil war within itself, to exterminate these "beasties" (his term for black women). He has said he wishes there were more George Zimmermans in the world to take them out. He ridicules black women, saying things such as "the darker the skin, the uglier they are", and "women who wear weaves are hair-hatted hooligans". He says a black woman is a "Terminatrix, she will kill everything in sight but no one can kill her".
He has the charismatic nature of a cult-leader. There are thousands of people who follow him and agree with every word he says. He seems to have no real job, but instead has enough followers to live off of donations, as he can easily raise thousands of dollars within one week. A lot of people think what Tommy says is funny, but it is not. What Tommy says are not facts, they are opinions that are proven to be incorrect. He says that black women have the highest rate of STDs and black women are the most violent group of people on earth. He says black women are "the worst mothers in the world" and that they turn their sons gay. He says he will gladly beat a woman who deserves to be beaten, that he will "poundcake" her face. He says "black women are the most classless, vile, disgusting, unlady-like women on the planet". Also, Tommy does have a criminal record of violence against women on two separate occasions, and failure to pay child support.

YouTube must abide by their standards and not allow this hate-speech to continue. Tommy has created over 40 accounts and some of his videos and channels have been removed, but he immediately uploads them to another channel. He is truly abusing the YouTube terms of service, while bullying and harassing other users. He tells his viewers to go flag other people's videos and "let's have a flag party" in order to silence anyone who disagrees with him.
Since Tommy has started his hate-speech campaign, a few other black male YouTubers have followed suit in parroting Tommy's hate-speech. Tommy and his followers have made threats against other YouTubers who have disagreed with him. He will steal information and photos from those who disagree with him, and he makes sock-puppet/impostor accounts, in order to embarrass them and scare them away. This is criminal and a punishable offense in the state of California, where he is now.
There really is no way to tell how many people have been hurt as a result of his influence, how many men have beaten women or committed acts of violence after watching his videos. This hate-speech is a cancer that needs to be stopped. If Tommy cannot be respectful and responsible, he shouldn't be on the internet, and Google/YouTube should not allow him to use their services as a platform to promote bigotry and violence.
