Winter Lights and Veteran Banners

Newtown, CT still has some funds left in its American Rescue Plan Grant. I would like to see some of the surplus for brightening out town during December with municipal Winter lights, and perhaps banners that honor our town's veterans.
The lights are LEDs and inexpensive to run. Part of the Veterans' banner will be paid for by the family and friends of veteran being honored with a photo banner.
