No more police officers investigating them selves

Whenever there’s police misconduct they always contact their own internal investigation which usually results in nothing but siding with them at their own selves that does nothing to help the situation at hand we needed impartial investigation to be done on those police officers that behave badly so that consequences can’t be held for their actions
