Pete Hegseth has been a disaster as Defense Secretary, and his incompetence is putting our troops in unnecessary danger.
Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky has introduced articles of impeachment against Hegseth, and just announced he will try to force a vote when Congress returns in November.
Tell Congress to support that effort, and to impeach and remove Hegseth as soon as possible.
It really is mind-boggling that Massie is one of the few Republicans who seem to give a damn about our troops, and who are sane enough to see what a disaster Hegseth is (or at least, admit it).
Hopefully, we will have a sane Democratic majority in January that can hold him accountable. But we can't wait. Republicans need to hold a vote when Congress returns. And they need to join Democrats in getting rid of Hegseth ASAP.
