Ban Mailing Items that contain ivory or anything of an endangered species

Dear Fellow Citizens, President, and Congress,
There should be extremely severe penalties for mailing ivory or stuff made of endangered species, I suggest
$250,000 fine and 10 years in federal prison for sending these items through a privite sector. If they send these items through the post office, the penalties should be $ 250,000 fine and 11 years in federal prison.
