Rent Control for Inner-city Minorities

Gentrification is happening in Boston to Inner-city Minorities, people are being forced to move out from their homes because they simply can't afford it or landlords are selling properties for other gains. Inner-city Minorities now have no where to go, either to shelters or move out to suburbs. But even then, it's hard because people cannot afford the rent that keeps increasing in and around the city. Families can hardly feed each other anymore. If rent control was established more families would be able to stay in their homes and less families would be homeless.
