CPS/ DCS Illegal removal of children from their home

My children were illegally removed from my home and not returned to me after the 72 hour cut off due to a false report made by my husband in Sacramento CA the the worker proceeded to threaten me with a petition and never filed one until yesterday my children have been gone for 22 days we had a meeting and the stipulations were that I WS to have my mother come down to be a inhome caretaker but the worker ayed two sides to the middle stating to my mother on 4 separeate occasions that I didn't want her here and inturn stating the same to me thus putting my mother and myself against each other. Now there's a petition being done after the worker said that they were gonna give me another chance foe my mother to get her to start the process of being my inhome caretaker but when she got here the worker acted as though she never said this to me but little does she know that every meeting and conversation I had with her is being recorded on my phone automatically.i want to bring this injustice and the fact that she violated me and my children's rights I want her to be relieved of her duties as a social worker and to sue Arizona for their part in the kidnapping of my children
