For Sparky Mark L Mackenzie to prevent his memorial stone and candle being removed.

Edna and Forbes MacKenzie put up the memorial  stone & candle to Mark on the rural road where he was killed when his motorbike collided with a tractor. But just six months later, the council decided the family would have to remove it after complaints from locals in South Lanarkshire. Showing no compassion and  without any thought to the grief this may cause.  So after hearing about this and having been a close friend of Sparkys I took it upon myself to set up this petition to show our support of his family so come on everybody lets make Sparky proud !!!!
