STOP NEIGHBORHOOD BULLYING, NOW!

A neighbor on our street bullies and harass all the neighbors and their family even children. He calls everyone's landlord and make complaints against them for having pets, which he has pets too. He also takes photos and videos of everyone that comes to visit their family. Our concern is the safety of us and everyone on this street. He needs to be removed off of our street so everyone can live their life and not have to worry about being videotaped and bullied for working and living normal lives.
