Needles are a necessity and should be provided by FIT

an unknown person went around and stole all of the needles and screws from the sewing machines in the fashion design department. These are a necessity to sew and are one of the only things that are provided by the school. The theft is not the fault of the students. We should not have to pay for something that someone else ruined for us. We already have to pay for other machine parts and this will make setting up to sew double the time it usually takes. if theft is the problem we pay for security that didn't catch some one stealing hundreds of screws and needles. we as a school should have insurance to cover these kinds of thefts. This petition is the students of fashion design requesting new needles and screws for all machines.
