LEBANON's future

Lebanon is going thru major changes and we must plane for our future. If the government falls it will leave a large power vacuum for neighboring nations and political parties to take advantage of. What I am proposing is that Lebanon be administered by the EU so for a set period of time to form a new constitution and government. However this administrative period is temporary and only designed to help Lebanon transition. I fear if we do not do this Lebanon will end up like many other nations that went thru deep political change but ended worse off.
