Legalize Marijuana!

Marijuana is a plant that is classified as an "illegal drug" in the U.S. Why? Because the Government can and because they believe it is dangerous. Yet statistics prove Marijuana has never been the cause of any death. That Marijuana has never lead to cancer. That Marijuana is less addictive then tylenol or aspirin. A "drug" with so few negatives remains illegal for no good enough reason. Why should it be legal?- It can help medical patients in hospitals- It can relax the human to lessen stress- It is non lethal and non addictive unlike other medicines- If legalized it can be regulated and Drug Lords will lose business which means less violence on the street- Less chance of kids wanting to try other drugsMarijuana is safe. It is safer then what we already have on store shelves or give our children at night to help with a cold. It doesn't give cancer like a tobacco smoker would get. It is not hallucinogenic. The only time it is, is when unregulated marijuana is sold with other drugs in it making it unsafe. Please legalize Marijuana. The safer things shouldn't be illegal, so why should the Dangerous things be legal?
